    1. About CarSavvi

CarSavvi is a trading name of a UK registered company. Full company details available on request.

CarSavvi is a platform that connects private car sellers with verified UK motor dealers. We act as an introducer — we are not a buyer, seller, or party to any sale transaction. CarSavvi facilitates valuations, listings, and bids but does not buy or sell vehicles.

    2. Guide price disclaimer

The guide price provided by CarSavvi is an estimated range based on trade data and condition assessment. It is not a guaranteed offer. Actual offers from dealers may be higher or lower. CarSavvi accepts no liability for any difference between the guide price and offers received.

    3. MOT data disclaimer

MOT data is sourced from DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency). CarSavvi is not responsible for inaccuracies in government records. MOT data is provided "as is" and should be independently verified where necessary.

    4. HPI self-declaration liability

By listing your vehicle, you declare that to the best of your knowledge the vehicle is free from outstanding finance (unless disclosed), insurance write-off markers, and stolen vehicle markers. You accept full liability for the accuracy of this declaration. CarSavvi does not conduct HPI checks. Dealers should run their own check before completing a purchase.

    5. Seller accuracy obligation

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided — mileage, condition, photographs, and documentation — is accurate and not misleading. CarSavvi reserves the right to remove listings containing materially inaccurate information. Providing false information may expose you to legal liability.

    6. Dealer bid obligations

Bids placed by dealers are genuine offers to purchase at the stated price, subject to physical inspection. Upon consumer acceptance, the bid becomes binding. Dealers must honour accepted bids and contact the seller within 2 hours. Failure to do so may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

    7. CarSavvi acts as an introducer

CarSavvi acts solely as an intermediary platform. We do not inspect vehicles, verify seller claims beyond self-declaration, or guarantee the completion of any transaction.

    8. No fees for consumers

CarSavvi is completely free for private car sellers. There are no listing fees, no commission, and no hidden charges. Dealers pay a monthly subscription for platform access.

    9. Listing duration

Listings are active for 72 hours from creation. After expiry, the listing is archived. Sellers may relist at any time.

    10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
